I have been trying to get outside and paint on location more these days. This is a recent plein air painting of the greenbelt that runs through town. Back in the day this used to be a train track with a regular visit from the train in the morning and afternoon. It was great fun to get a penny or heaven forbid, a nickel or dime and set it on the track and watch the train flatten it.
A simple and wonderful time.
