“BESIDE THE QUIET STREAM” 6x8 inch original oil painting. Nature offers so much to paint it’s hard to choose. The broad, sweeping vistas are always an attraction, but today this intimate glimpse of a small stream caught my eye. I liked the current creating ripples in the surface. And the submerged rocks on the creek bed that were visible through the shallow water. This one was a pure joy to paint. Hope you like it. As always, comments are welcome: tombrownstudio@cox.net
